  • Performing a Cost Benefit Analysis of on-premise vs. cloud options for technical services, complemented by a business continuity plan to ensure uptime.

Now everyone at DSU has a fast and efficient computer, making it easier to get more done on the job. With on-premise server infrastructure, DSU’s network is centralized and simpler to manage. John has real-time visibility of the network and enjoys automated maintenance of all 180 workstations. Convergence takes care of day-to-day help desk services, giving John the freedom to focus on leveraging the technology deployed to add value to the business.
