Dave Murray

Chief Executive Officer

Dave is a co-owner of Convergence Networks and received his MBA from Claremont Graduate School. He is an expert in helping companies focus on business applications and related technology solutions. He has consulted with many small businesses, and his expertise ranges from desktop knowledge to server based networks. Dave has authored several business articles, including "Is Cloud Computing Right for your Business?" and "The Seven Cycles: Understanding and Managing IT".

Eric Gray

Vice President of Service Delivery

Eric’s passion for working with small and growing businesses began early in his career. As the first employee of Open Systems, Eric increased the company’s revenues by nearly four times and grew the employee base to six. Years later, he (and Convergence Networks co-founder Lance Pederson) recognized a real need for remote IT management within the small to medium business segment. Eric helped build Convergence with a dedication to consistently delivering superior customer service and providing cost-effective, proactive IT support and consulting.

John Stephens

Vice President of Service Support

John gained his IT experience in the Air Force, where he served as a unit IT manager. He found his long-term work home at Convergence in 2004. After working as a systems engineer, network administrator and director of service support, he was promoted to vice president of service support. He enjoys the family environment at Convergence and the respect we have for our customers—specifically that there’s no pressure to sell big, but instead to find the right solution for the individual businesses we serve. John earned a B.S. in Geosciences at Mississippi State University and an A.S. in computer networking at Macomb College.
